They Love Us

Guardian has a new office in Sherwood and also the most caring doctors & staff anywhere! They immediately took the time to listen to our concerns about our cat, then thoroughly examined him head to toe. After multiple fruitless visits to another vet, we had an accurate diagnosis in minutes from Dr. Roth at Guardian. She had since gone above and beyond to help us make some difficult decisions. Dr. Gerard and the entire staff complete the extremely competent and compassionate team. This is not A vet for your animals, it is THE vet for your animals. They are extortionary people who will give your pets the best care.

I appreciate that they had emergency appointments available. The staff and veterinarian and techs were so kind! My avian vet only had an appointment for next week and I needed a sooner date. I appreciate that they see birds here for these situations! She prescribed antibiotic eye drops two days ago and already I am seeing improvement! This is definitely helping and ensures he can make it until next week for his avian vet visit where he can get a thorough exam.

It was great! My dog tends to be very scared at the vet. When we arrived she was very nervous and trembling due to her past experiences but by the end of her appointment she was happy and confident. They took their time to get her as comfortable as possible and she was even sitting in the lap of one of the trainees by the end of it, which is a big deal because she is not the cuddly type. Thank you Guardian!🐩💕

Contemplated not leaving a review because I want to keep this place my own little secret. But I absolutely love the quality of care from all the staff here. They all remember me and my cats by name, and take the time to answer all my questions and acknowledge my concerns. I have 3 senior kitties so I am here often, and it's worth the drive from Aloha. They are less expensive and more attentive than my old vet in Murray Hill.

Guardian Veterinary Care was highly recommended to us. We had our first meet and greet to set up our newly adopted six year old rescue Labradoodle with her ongoing care. We were impressed with the facility, with the front office, the tech assistant, and especially Dr. Gerard. This practice is truly about the vet establishing a relationship with your pet. It is reminiscent of the old time country vets who took time to know you and your pet.

Wow! What lovely people. Looked after my very fearful Border Collie kindly and gently. I’m so very impressed and happy. My wholehearted recommendation!

I brought her in for bad teeth and they recommended full mouth extraction - after her surgery no more bad breath and most of all the best part my Scarlet has never been happier! She looks and acts and I'm sure feels so much younger! I brought her in and she is a complete different Scarlet!! I'm so happy i'm certain she will have many many more years to spend with me!!

Staff are amazing. I’ve never felt so comfortable, heard, acknowledged and welcomed at a vet clinic. I know without a doubt that they genuinely care about my pup and are very knowledgeable. Clinic is nice and clean. The online scheduling is convenient and they have great availability. I initially brought our dog in for an urgent appointment but will now be switching to them and have already booked an appointment for our other dog.

Guardian Vet Care has taken wonderful care of our little puppy. It was a rocky start with her getting Giardia pretty early on. Guardian saw Rosie 3 days in a row and even stayed open late for us to come get medication. We live 40 minutes away and there are options between our home and Guardian, but we wouldn’t take her anywhere else. All of them really care about our dog.

Today we had to say goodbye to our 18-year-old cat, Giggles. The care and empathy that we received from the staff was amazing. We had lost a dog two years ago and that experience in a different veterinary office still traumatizes. The difference with this office was night and day. I would love to mention them all by name, but I was in such a state I didn’t get any of them. I know I was introduced, but I don’t remember. I cannot praise the staff enough. Thank you for all you do. You were wonderful.
