Payment Options
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. In order to focus on our patient’s needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we are unable to bill.
We do offer wellness plans allowing you to choose the best care for your pet, while distributing the cost for this care over 12 months. Multiple options are available allowing you to customize care for your pet’s specific needs.
We accept most major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). We also accept Care Credit and Scratch Pay as flexible payment options.
Pet Insurance
If you own a cat, dog, or other beloved pet, you may be wondering, should I get pet insurance? The most common reason to buy pet insurance is to deliver peace of mind. Having pet insurance allows you to choose treatments for your ailing or injured pet based on the best medical option available and not restricted based on family finances. Most pet insurance policies reimburse up to 90% of costs after deductibles.
